|  | Delivery |  | Delivery Schedule If a product is in stock, it is normally despatched within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. In any event, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery will be considerably quicker than this.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation Email.
If your item is not in stock and cannot be despatched within 5 working days, we will notify you by email or telephone giving you an estimated delivery date. You also have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Postage and Packing Postage and packing ("P&P") costs are automatically added to your order in the shopping cart. Our UK delivery charges are based on the weight of the item(s) you have ordered and start at £5.99 for up to 2 kg, rising to a maximum of £13.99 for 20 kg. If your order comes to £100 or more then delivery in the UK is free.
Please be aware that many of our products are quite heavy and this, together with the packaging materials we use, is reflected in the shipping charges. At present, items are generally dispatched by Royal Mail or courier.
All non-mainland UK destinations have to be priced on an individual basis. If you would like your items shipped outside of the UK then please contact us using our 'Contact Form' for a tailored P&P quote.
